胜利船舶专业队伍经过了30余年的建设,培养了大批技艺高超、经验丰富的专业人才。期间,也曾面临人才引进难、流失率高、骨干频繁跳槽的困境。为此,胜利油田海洋石油船舶中心持续推进人才战略,牢固树立以人为本、科学发展工作理念,破解管理难题、加强队伍建设、巩固人才根基。“十二五”期间,船舶事业发展对人才建设提出了更高的要求,人力资源工作还需进一步明确发展目标,理清工作思路、创新管理体制、完善运行机制、强化保障措施,建成一支忠实、精干、高效的专业人才队伍,促进胜利船舶事业又好又快发展。
The Shengli Shipbuilding team has been building for more than 30 years and has trained a large number of highly skilled and experienced professionals. During the period, it was also faced with difficulties in the introduction of talents, a high turnover rate, and the backbone of frequent job-hopping. To this end, the Shengli Oilfield Offshore Oil Vessels Center continues to promote the talent strategy, firmly establish the people-oriented, scientific development work concept, solve management problems, strengthen team construction, and consolidate the foundation of talent. During the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period, the development of the shipping industry put forward higher requirements for the construction of talents. The human resources work needs to further clarify the development goals, clarify the working ideas, innovate the management system, improve the operating mechanism, and strengthen safeguard measures. A loyal, lean and efficient team of professionals will promote the sound and rapid development of the victory ship industry.
