尿毒症血清经截留5000分子量的滤膜超滤后,通过SephadexG15,取洗脱时间近于维生素B-(12)洗脱时间的组分。它对正常人红细胞膜Na ̄+,K ̄+-ATP酶和Ca ̄(2+),Mg ̄(2+)-ATP酶活力有显著的抑制作用(P<0.02,P<0.05);它对小鼠红细胞系祖细胞增殖有抑制作用;它对Wistar大鼠肝细胞DNA合成有抑制作用;它对蛙股神经于动作电位传导有显著的抑制作用。随着尿毒症血清中分子物质浓度增加,它使血栓弹力图γ值延长。以上证实尿毒症血清中分子组分是一种尿毒症毒素。
Uremic sera were separated by ultrafiltration using a molecular sieve with a molecular weight cut-off of 5000. Sephadex G15 was used to elute fractions of the uremic sera near the elution time of vitamin B- (12). It significantly inhibited the activities of Na ~ +, K ~ + -ATPase, Ca ~ (2+) and Mg ~ (2 +) - ATPase in normal human erythrocyte membranes (P <0.02, ; It inhibits the proliferation of murine erythroid progenitor cells; it inhibits the DNA synthesis of Wistar rat hepatocytes; it has a significant inhibitory effect on the conduction potential of the frog nerve. As the concentration of molecular substances in the uremia serum increases, it prolongs the value of the thromboelastogram. The above confirms that the molecular component of uremia serum is a uremic toxin.
