教师是教学质量的决定性因素,是学校教育教学质量建设的根基。随着英语课程改革的不断深化和时代发展,对英语教师的素质提出新要求,教师应具备新的能力结构来满足课程改革、教育发展的时代需求。作为培养小学、幼儿师资的师专院校,英语教师专业素质的提高尤显重要。本文结合我校外语系实际情况,经过实践与探索,对英语教师专业素质及提高策略进行探讨。旨在通过分析探讨,进一步提高英语教师的专业素质,加快教师专业化成长步伐。 Teachers are the decisive factor of teaching quality and the foundation of the construction of teaching quality in school. With the continuous deepening of the English curriculum reform and the development of the times, new qualifications of English teachers are put forward. Teachers should have new competency structure to meet the needs of the times of curriculum reform and education development. As a primary school, child care teachers colleges, English teachers improve the professional quality is particularly important. Based on the actual situation in our department of foreign languages, this paper discusses the professional quality of English teachers and their strategies to improve through practice and exploration. The purpose is to further improve the professional quality of English teachers and accelerate the pace of teachers’ professional growth through analysis and discussion.
