目的:建立双波长薄层扫描法测定退白汤中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素含量的方法。方法:选用补骨脂素λS=272nm,λR=305nm;异补骨脂素λS=275nm,λR=310nm;以甲苯-乙酸乙酯-甲酸(15:2:1)为展开剂,并在365nm紫外灯下检视。结果:补骨脂素在0.27~1.62μg呈良好的线性关系(γ=0.9987),平均回收率99.46%,RSD=1.34%(n=5);异补骨脂素在0.25~1.50μg呈良好的线性关系(γ=0.9992),平均回收率99.60%,RSD=1.37%(n=5)。结论:本法简便、快捷,可用于退白汤中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a dual-wavelength thin-layer scanning method for the determination of psoralen and isopsoralen in Jiu Bai Tang. Methods: Psoralen was selected as λS = 272nm, λR = 305nm; Isopsoralen λS = 275nm, λR = 310nm; Toluene-ethyl acetate-formic acid (15: 2: 1) UV lamp view. Results: The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between psoralen at 0.27 ~ 1.62μg (γ = 0.9987), the average recovery was 99.46%, RSD was 1.34% (n = 5); isopsoralen was good at 0.25 ~ 1.50μg (Γ = 0.9992). The average recovery was 99.60%, RSD = 1.37% (n = 5). Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid and can be used for the determination of psoralen and isopsoralen in Decoction.
