洛阳春都集团在企业成长期,较好地运用了相关多元化战略,壮大了企业规模,提高了企业知名度,也使企业获得了丰厚的利润回报。然而,在企业“成熟期”,盲目对外扩张,采用了相关多元化与非相关多元化并举的战略,在规划实施“六大支柱产业”和“春都工程”的同时,还先后兼并、收购、投资新建企业30余个,导致企业资源分散,主业投入不足,加上管理严重滞后,使企业背上了沉重的包袱,最终陷入绝境、濒临破产。
