用火焰原子法测定电焊工人血清中的锰、脂质过氧化物 (MDA、SOD、GSH—Px) ,结果显示 :锰接触工人血清锰、MDA明显高于对照组 (无锰接触史 ) ,有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而SOD、GSH—Px则低于对照组 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。
The levels of manganese and lipid peroxidation (MDA, SOD, GSH-Px) in serum of welders were measured by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The results showed that the contents of serum Mn and MDA in manganese exposure workers were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05), while the levels of SOD and GSH-Px were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05).
