在应用旧结核菌素和福氏不完全佐剂混合物诱导小鼠迟发型超敏反应的同时,皮下注射新鲜分离的小鼠脾脏树突状细胞,以观察该细胞在迟发型超敏反应中的作用。结果表明,树突状细胞注射组超敏反应局部(耳廓)的血管通透性和ConA刺激的T细胞增殖能力均显著强于各对照组(P<0.01),而相应抗体的产生水平各组间无明显差异(P>0.05)。经病理切片观察,于发生超敏反应的局部可见单核细胞、淋巴细胞浸润,尤以树突状细胞注射组为著。提示该细胞作为一种抗原递呈细胞,确实能增强迟发型超敏反应。
Spleen dendritic cells from freshly isolated mouse were injected subcutaneously at the same time as the delayed hypersensitivity reaction induced by old tuberculin and incomplete Freund’s adjuvant mixture to observe the effect of this cell on delayed hypersensitivity effect. The results showed that the vascular permeability of the hypersensitive reaction (auricle) and the proliferation of T cells stimulated by ConA in dendritic cell-injected group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.01), and the corresponding antibody production There was no significant difference between the groups (P> 0.05). Observed by pathological section, in the occurrence of hypersensitivity in the local monocytes, lymphocytes infiltration, especially in dendritic cell injection group. Tip cells as an antigen-presenting cells, can indeed enhance the delayed-type hypersensitivity.
