与时代发展和社会需求背景不相适应的是,事业单位在人力资源培训方面仍然存在诸多阻碍。为提高事业单位的核心竞争力,亟待加强单位人力资源培训工作效率,借助更为科学合理的培训策略帮助职工和单位更为协调的发展与进步。鉴于此,结合事业单位人力资源管理实际,分析了当前工作中的常态问题,并藉此提出了相应优化建议,以期对单位人事管理有序开展提供积极参考。
Incompatible with the development of the times and the background of social needs, institutions still have a lot of obstacles in human resources training. In order to improve the core competitiveness of public institutions, it is urgent to strengthen the efficiency of workforce training in units and to help more coordinated development and progress of employees and units with more scientific and rational training strategies. In view of this, combined with the reality of human resource management in public institutions, this paper analyzes the normal problems in the current work and puts forward the corresponding optimization suggestions to provide a positive reference to the orderly development of personnel management in the unit.
