目的通过荟萃分析了解补充维生素D_3对血压的影响。方法计算机检索中国生物医学文献数据库(1978-2015)、中国知网(1979-2015)、万方数据库(1982-2015)、维普中文科技期刊数据库(1989-2015)、PubMed(1980-2015)、Science Direct(1980-2015)、Medline(1972-2015)、SpringerLink(1980-2015)、Embase(1974-2015)、The Cochrane Library(1992-2015)数据库中有关原发性高血压患者及正常血压人群口服补充维生素D_3后血压水平变化的临床随机对照试验,由2位评价者根据纳入标准独立筛选文献、提取资料并评价质量。运用RevMan5.3软件对符合条件的所有结果进行荟萃分析。结果最终纳入9篇随机对照研究,共1052名研究对象,采用改良Jadad评分评价纳入研究的方法学质量,5篇7分,1篇6分,2篇5分,1篇3分。荟萃分析结果显示:与安慰剂组相比,口服补充维生素D_3可降低原发性高血压患者收缩压及舒张压水平,但不影响正常血压人群的血压水平。结论补充维生素D_3可降低原发性高血压患者血压水平,但对正常血压人群的血压水平无明显影响。
Objective To investigate the effect of vitamin D 3 supplementation on blood pressure through meta-analysis. METHODS: The databases of China Biomedical Literature Database (1978-2015), China Knowledge Network (1979-2015), Wanfang Database (1982-2015), Chinese Library of Science and Technology (1989-2015), PubMed (1980-2015) Patients with essential hypertension and normal blood pressure were screened from the databases of Science Direct (1980-2015), Medline (1972-2015), SpringerLink (1980-2015), Embase (1974-2015) and The Cochrane Library (1992-2015) Clinical randomized controlled trials of oral blood pressure levels after vitamin D_3 supplementation were independently screened by two reviewers based on inclusion criteria to extract data and evaluate quality. Use RevMan 5.3 software to perform a meta-analysis of all eligible results. Results A total of 9 RCTs were included in the study. A total of 1052 subjects were enrolled in this study. The methodological quality of the included trials was evaluated using a modified Jadad score of 5 out of 7, from 1 to 6, from 2 to 5 and from 1 to 3. A meta-analysis showed that oral administration of vitamin D 3 reduced systolic and diastolic blood pressure in patients with essential hypertension compared with placebo, but did not affect blood pressure in normotensive subjects. Conclusions Vitamin D3 supplementation can reduce the blood pressure of patients with essential hypertension, but have no significant effect on the blood pressure of patients with normal blood pressure.
