起搏器阈值自动管理是现代起搏器功能的重要标志,它的应用不仅可以避免起搏阈值升高时失夺获、延长起搏器使用寿命,还可避免高输出引起的交叉感知、减少对心脏周围组织的刺激等。不同厂家起搏器阈值自动管理功能的原理、实现方式、心电学特点并不相同,根据起搏器阈值自动管理的心电学特点可基本确定起搏器的生产厂家。笔者结合起搏器的生产厂家、型号、程控参数分析起搏器阈值自动管理功能的原理、实现方式和心电学特点(表1)。
