目的观察补脾胃泻阴火升阳汤加减联合西医疗法治疗口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)的临床疗效。方法选取2013年2月至2015年3月在成都中医药大学附属医院口腔科黏膜专科门诊就诊的OLP患者共126例,随机分为治疗组(n=84)和对照组(n=42),治疗组采用补脾胃泻阴火升阳汤加减合并西医疗法治疗,对照组单纯采用西药常规治疗,15d为1个疗程,3个疗程后比较治疗前后症状积分及治疗效果。停药后随访6个月,判断复发率。用药期间观察药物不良反应,停药后复查三大常规和肝肾功能。结果治疗组治疗后临床症状及体征积分较治疗前明显下降(P<0.01),与对照组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率72.62%,对照组为33.33%;治疗组复发率6.56%,对照组为28.57%;治疗组未出现明显不良反应,对照组不良反应发生率为14.28%。以上3对数据比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论补脾胃泻阴火升阳汤加减合并西医疗法治疗OLP疗效明显,复发率低,无明显不良反应。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of BuBu WeiYin Huoshengyang Decoction combined with Western medical treatment of oral lichen planus (OLP). Methods A total of 126 OLP patients admitted to Department of Stomatology, Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2013 to March 2015 were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 84) and control group (n = 42) The treatment group was treated with spleen and stomach diarrhea Yin Huoshengyang decoction combined with Western medical treatment, the control group was treated with conventional western medicine only, 15 days was a course of treatment, and after 3 courses of treatment, the symptom scores and the treatment effect were compared. Follow-up after stopping drug for 6 months to determine the relapse rate. Adverse drug reactions observed during treatment, review of the three major routine after stopping and liver and kidney function. Results After treatment, the clinical symptoms and scores of the patients in the treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.01), and were significantly different from those in the control group after treatment (P <0.05). The total effective rate was 72.62% in the treatment group and 33.33% in the control group. The recurrence rate was 6.56% in the treatment group and 28.57% in the control group. There was no significant adverse reaction in the treatment group and 14.28% in the control group. The above three pairs of data, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion BuBuGuiYin Huoshengyang Decoction combined with Western medicine treatment of OLP obvious effect, low recurrence rate, no obvious adverse reactions.
