根据对铸态AZ31B镁合金在温度为280~440℃、应变速率为0.001~0.1s-1条件下进行热压缩试验,分析了变形程度、应变速率和加热温度对其流动应力的影响,结果表明,该合金热变形时的流动应力对变形温度和变形速率极为敏感,随变形温度的升高而降低,随变形速率的增加而增大。在温度为440℃,应变速率小于0.01s-1时,材料出现稳态流动,流动应力不随变形量的变化而变化。在实验条件下,该合金的变形激活能为141.6kJ.mol-1。
According to the thermal compression test of as-cast AZ31B magnesium alloy at the temperature of 280-440 ℃ and the strain rate of 0.001-0.1s-1, the influence of deformation degree, strain rate and heating temperature on the flow stress was analyzed. The results show that The flow stress during hot deformation is very sensitive to the deformation temperature and deformation rate, decreases with the increase of deformation temperature and increases with the increase of deformation rate. When the strain rate is less than 0.01s-1 at 440 ℃, the material appears steady flow, and the flow stress does not change with the deformation. Under experimental conditions, the deformation activation energy of the alloy is 141.6kJ.mol-1.
