目的比较全自动血液分离机与手工法制备RHD(-)冰冻解冻红细胞的效果。方法随机把20袋200 m L的IURHD(-)冰冻红细胞分为两组,分别用传统手工法洗涤和全自动血液分离机洗涤,并检测所制备解冻红细胞的上清蛋白含量、储存期末溶血率、血红蛋白含量、甘油残余量。结果全自动分离机法的工作效率高于手工法;两种方式下的储存期末溶血率、上清蛋白含量、血红蛋白含量、甘油残余量差异存在统计学意义。结论全自动血液分离机法制备RHD(-)解冻红细胞的效果显著,值得推广。
Objective To compare the effect of RHD (-) freeze thawing erythrocytes prepared by automatic blood separator and manual method. Methods Twenty bags of 200 mL of IURHD (-) frozen red blood cells were randomly divided into two groups. They were respectively washed by traditional manual washing and automatic blood separator, and the content of supernatant in prepared thawed erythrocytes was measured. The final hemolysis rate , Hemoglobin content, glycerol residue. Results The working efficiency of automatic separator method was higher than that of manual method. There were significant differences in the hemolysis rate, the content of supernatant protein, the content of hemoglobin and the residue of glycerol at the end of storage under the two methods. Conclusion The preparation of RHD (-) thawed erythrocytes by automatic blood separator has significant effect and is worth popularizing.
