以IEC 61850标准建模的核心思想为基础,提出了在实时应用平台(RTAP)上建立变电站监控主站模型的方法并开发完成了相应的模型生成工具。RTAP特有的面向对象的特点与标准的建模思想完全一致,建立的数据模型能够满足变电站自动化系统对自动化设备实时数据的获取与控制的功能要求。建模的过程也完全体现了标准的核心思想,如面向对象、逻辑节点的任意配置、公共数据类及逻辑节点模板的动态建立等。
Based on the core idea of IEC 61850 standard modeling, this paper proposes a method of establishing substation monitoring master model on RTAP and develops and implements a corresponding model generation tool. The object-oriented features of RTAP are exactly the same as those of standard modeling. The established data model can meet the functional requirements of substation automation system for real-time data acquisition and control of automation equipment. Modeling process also fully reflects the standard core ideas, such as object-oriented, arbitrary configuration of logical nodes, public data types and logical node template dynamic establishment.
