【目的】将变色检测方法应用于斑玉蕈优良杂交菌株的选育,缩短育种过程。【方法】采用分光光度计检测变色培养基的颜色变化,计算脱色率(D值)。【结果】变色检测培养基的颜色变化和脱色率(D值)是一致的,即培养基显示黄色时D值是正值,培养基显示蓝色时D值是负值。D值与斑玉蕈主要农艺性状具有紧密联系,D值是正值的菌株平均吃料速度比D值是负值的菌株快,单瓶产量和正常子实体数与D值呈正相关性,畸形菇数与D值呈负相关性。【结论】应用变色检测法可以快速简单地筛选出优良菌株,缩短斑玉蕈育种进程。
【Objective】 The method of detecting discoloration was applied to the breeding of excellent hybrid strains of Takoyaki and the breeding process was shortened. 【Method】 The color change of discoloration medium was detected by spectrophotometer, and the decolorization rate (D value) was calculated. 【Result】 The results showed that the color change and the decolorization rate (D value) of the discolored medium were the same, that is, when the medium showed yellow, the value of D was positive, and the medium showed blue when the value of D was negative. The value of D was closely related to the main agronomic characters of Taxus baccata, the average speed of the D value was faster than that of the D value, the single bottle yield and the number of normal fruiting bodies were positively correlated with the D value, The number of mushrooms and the D value was negatively correlated. 【Conclusion】 The application of color change detection method can quickly and easily screen out excellent strains and shorten the breeding process of.
