新课程教学理念十分注重人才的培养,要求教师教学要面向各层次学生,以他们为主体,实现人人学有用的数学知识,并在数学上得到不同层次的发展。为此在教学中,要构建平等教学关系,使学生在和谐的环境下去自主探索学习,个性学习得到有效地激发。要巧用教学方法,激发各层次学生个性学习。采用开放策略,提升个性学习。这样就能实现有效地培养学生个性学习。下面,结合本人多年数学教学实践经验,提出几点对《优化数学教学,培养个性学习》的肤浅认识,以求教于各位专家和同仁。
The new curriculum teaching attaches great importance to the cultivation of qualified personnel, teachers should be directed at all levels of students, with them as the main body, to achieve useful mathematical knowledge of everyone, and in mathematics to get different levels of development. For this reason, in teaching, we should construct equal teaching relationship so that students can explore and study independently in a harmonious environment and individual learning can be effectively stimulated. To skillfully use teaching methods, to stimulate individuality at all levels of learning. Adopt open strategy to enhance individual learning. This will enable students to effectively develop individual learning. Below, combined with my years of teaching experience in mathematics, put forward a few “optimization of mathematics teaching, cultivating individuality learning,” the superficial understanding in order to learn from you experts and colleagues.
