基于烧结工艺中固体燃料处理的CO2减排技术——印度比莱钢铁厂愿景

碳排放已经成为全球关注的重点问题。许多国家都致力于减少重点领域的碳排放。在世界范围内,钢铁行业对工业能源消耗量和二氧化碳排放量都有重大影响。随着能源价格的不断上涨,政府减少碳排放的决心和力度不断加大,因此,减少固体能耗成了钢铁厂的首要任务。钢铁工业现有能源中固体燃料最贵,但又必不可少。通过技术创新和固体燃料加工工艺优化,可以实现碳减排的目标。印度钢铁管理局是印度钢铁行业的主要成员之一,极力倡导碳减排持续优化钢铁生产工艺,通过各种具体措施来达到其减排效果。烧结工序采用焦炭作为固体燃料,将精矿粉烧结成块状物料,以改善高炉性能。比莱钢厂3号烧结厂是一个新建工厂,如何减少烧结生产中的焦炭消耗对它是个严峻的挑战。比莱钢铁厂通过采用新型原料加工处理设备,改变标准化操作规程分析烧结生产中不同焦炭破碎强度指标,改进过程自动化控制软件等措施,严格控制碳排放,从而使焦炭消耗量从2002年的91kg/t减少到2009—2010年的59kg/t。烧结生产中焦炭消耗量的减少意味着二氧化碳排放的减少,3号烧结厂致力于成为钢铁行业能源利用和碳减排的标杆企业。如何通过各种创新手段,达到减少固体燃料消耗,改善钢铁行业生产环境的目标,即通过钢铁行业的碳减排,来减少全球范围内的碳减排,是本文的宗旨。 Carbon emissions have become a global issue of focus. Many countries are committed to reducing their carbon emissions in key areas. In the world, the steel industry has a significant impact on industrial energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions. As energy prices continue to rise, the government’s determination and efforts to reduce carbon emissions continue to increase. Therefore, reduction of solid energy consumption has become the primary task of steel mills. Solid steel is the most expensive but essential part of the steel industry’s existing energy sources. Through technological innovation and optimization of solid fuel processing technology, we can achieve the goal of reducing carbon emissions. As one of the key members of the steel industry in India, the SAI strongly advocates that carbon emission reductions continue to optimize steel production processes and achieve various emission reductions through various concrete measures. Sintering process using coke as a solid fuel, the sintered ore concentrate into a lumpy material, to improve the performance of the blast furnace. Belair Steel Plant No.3 Sinter Plant is a new factory. How to reduce the coke consumption in sintering production is a serious challenge to it. Biela Steel Plant adopted strict control of carbon emissions by adopting new raw material processing equipment and changing standardized operation procedures to analyze different coke crushing strength indexes in sintering production and improve process automation control software so that the coke consumption will be reduced from 91 kg / t to 59kg / t in 2009-2010. The reduction of coke consumption in the sintering production means the reduction of carbon dioxide emissions. No.3 Sintering Plant is committed to becoming the benchmark enterprise for energy utilization and carbon emission reduction in the steel industry. How to achieve the goal of reducing the solid fuel consumption and improving the production environment in the steel industry through various innovative means to reduce carbon emissions worldwide through the carbon emission reduction in the steel industry is the purpose of this article.
