目的：观察中药联合激光治疗对糖尿病性黄斑水肿的效果。方法：５５例患者根据辨证分型服用中药，并用染料激光进行了全视网膜光凝治疗和黄斑区的光凝治疗。结果：在接受治疗的９３只眼中，视力增加明显者９只眼（９．６８％）；视力有增进者８０只眼（８６．０２％）。８９只眼（９５．７０％）黄斑水肿有不同程度的吸收。结论：中药结合激光光凝是治疗糖尿病视视网膜病变黄斑水肿的有效方法。
Objective: To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with laser treatment on diabetic macular edema. Methods: Fifty-five patients were treated with traditional Chinese medicine according to syndrome differentiation and treated with whole-cell photocoagulation and macular photocoagulation with dye laser. Results: Nine eyes (9.68%) with visual acuity increased significantly and 80 eyes (86.02%) with visual acuity improved in 93 eyes treated. 89 eyes (95.70%) macular edema with varying degrees of absorption. Conclusion: Chinese medicine combined with laser photocoagulation is an effective method for the treatment of macular edema of diabetic retinopathy.
