为了提高固冲发动机“变工况”工作条件下进气道性能,将外部波系封口马赫数降低的设计方法与燃气射流进气道控制技术相结合,提出了燃气射流控制进气道设计方案;为分析设计方案的可行性,设计了三种进气道,并采用数值模拟方法三种进气道流场进行了模拟;通过对模拟结果的分析探索了调节方案的调节原理;通过对三种方案进气道性能的比较,初步验证了调节方案.研究表明:采用降低外部波系封口马赫数的设计方法可提高进气道低马赫数工作时的流量系数;燃气射流控制技术可均化进气道在高马赫数工作时的入口流场,减小有效喉道面积,提高总压恢复;射流控制可调进气道在一定工作范围内具有较好的性能.
In order to improve the inlet performance of solid-flushing engine under changing working conditions, the design method of reducing the Mach number of the external wave system sealing is combined with the gas jet inlet control technology, and the gas jet control inlet Designed three kinds of air intakes to simulate the feasibility of the design scheme, and simulated the three kinds of inlet flow field by using numerical simulation method. The adjustment principle of the adjustment plan was explored by analyzing the simulation results. The comparison of the inlet performance of the three schemes shows that the adjustment scheme is preliminarily verified.The results show that the design of the Mach-number method can reduce the flow coefficient of the inlet low Mach number, and the gas jet control technology Homogenize inlet flow field at high Mach number, reduce effective throat area and increase total pressure recovery; jet control adjustable inlet has good performance in a certain working range.
