目的探讨在高职学生临床实习前开设护理专业技术实训课程的作用。方法选取某高职院校护理专业2012级的312名学生当作研究对象,将其平均、随机地分为2个小组,即实验组、对照组,各156名。在临床实习前,先为实验组学生开设为期1个月的护理专业技术实训课程,对照组学生学习护理专业的相关理论知识。课程结束之后,对2组学生进行考核,并评价其综合护理技能。结果实验组学生的综合护理技能明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在高职学生临床实习前开设护理专业技术实训课程,有利于提高学生的综合护理技能,值得广泛推广。
Objective To explore the role of nursing professional technical training course before clinical practice for higher vocational students. Methods A total of 312 students from a 2012 nursing college in a vocational college were enrolled in this study. They were randomly divided into two groups (experimental group and control group, 156 cases each) randomly. Before the clinical practice, a one-month nursing professional technical training course was set up for the experimental group students, and the relevant theoretical knowledge of the students in the control group was studied. After the course, two groups of students were assessed and their comprehensive nursing skills assessed. Results The comprehensive nursing skills of the experimental group was obviously better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Nursing professional technical training courses before the clinical practice for higher vocational students help to improve students’ comprehensive nursing skills and should be widely promoted.
