针对某水厂采用前投加石灰和后投加氢氧化钠的方式对出厂水的pH值进行调节后水质中的铝含量及氨氮等指标偏高的现象,本文通过烧杯混凝试验,对前投加石灰和后投加氢氧化钠对水质的影响进行对比试验研究,确定最佳投加量,从而保证水质的稳定性,结果表明,前投加石灰对混凝剂具有很好的助凝效果,后投加氢氧化钠对大幅提高pH值有很好的效果,前投加石灰的量为6mg/L以及后投加氢氧化钠的量为5mg/L时,成本最低,既能保证pH范围在7.0~7.3,又可保证更好的水质。
