目的探讨进行个体化膳食营养及身体活动水平指导对孕妇健康及分娩结局的影响。方法选择产科门诊定期正规产检的200例孕妇,随机分为干预组和对照组,前者进行个体化指导。定期监测相关指标,并追踪分娩结局。结果对照组阴道分娩率为68.00%,剖宫产率为32.00%;干预组阴道分娩率为86.00%,剖宫产率为14.00%,两组差异有统计学意义。对照组并发症发生率为26.00%,干预组仅为2.00%,两组差异有统计学意义。结论加强围产保健管理,重视孕期膳食营养和身体活动水平,有益于预防和降低妊娠合并症,保障母体和胎儿的健康。
Objective To explore the impact of individualized dietary nutrition and physical activity on maternal health and delivery outcomes. Methods A total of 200 pregnant women, who were regularly scheduled for obstetrics and gynecology clinics, were selected and randomly divided into intervention group and control group. The former was individualized and instructed. Regular monitoring of relevant indicators and tracking of delivery outcomes. Results In the control group, the vaginal delivery rate was 68.00% and the cesarean section rate was 32.00%. The vaginal delivery rate in the intervention group was 86.00% and the cesarean section rate was 14.00%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant. The incidence of complications in the control group was 26.00%, only 2.00% in the intervention group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion Strengthening perinatal care management, focusing on dietary nutrition and physical activity during pregnancy, is beneficial to prevent and reduce pregnancy complications and protect maternal and fetal health.
