管道作为输送流体的传输工具,在天然气的输配过程中扮演着巨大的作用。然而天然气管道破裂而引起的泄漏产生的危害很大,采用激光检测技术是及时发现泄漏并采取防护措施的重要手段,但泄漏扩散过程对激光检测产生一定的影响。基于对泄漏过程的分析,建立了架空天然气管道泄漏扩散和激光检测过程模型,数值分析了不同泄漏孔径下管道泄漏天然气扩散过程,探讨了其对激光检测的影响。研究结果表明:天然气管道泄漏孔径对其气体扩散影响较大,高速泄漏时随着泄漏孔径的增大,天然气扩散浓度增大,激光检测信号强度变弱。研究结果可以对管道进行有效的评价和控制,为应急救援提供依据。
Pipeline as a transport fluid delivery tool, in the natural gas transmission and distribution process plays a huge role. However, the leak caused by the rupture of natural gas pipeline is harmful. The use of laser detection technology is an important means to detect leaks and take protective measures in time. However, the leak diffusion process has some impact on laser detection. Based on the analysis of the leakage process, a model of the process of leakage and diffusion and laser detection of overhead natural gas pipeline was set up. The diffusion process of natural gas leaked by pipeline with different leakage apertures was analyzed numerically. The results show that the leakage of natural gas pipeline has a great influence on the gas diffusion. As the leakage aperture increases, the gas diffusion concentration increases and the signal intensity of laser detection becomes weaker. The results of the study can effectively evaluate and control the pipeline and provide the basis for emergency rescue.
