讨论了企业战略课程的教学困境来自于其实践性及可操作性较弱,内在的智慧性太抽象。而传统教学模式的缺点并不适用于讲授企业战略课程。采用以学生为主导的分组讨论形式可以有效地提高学生学习的主动性与能动性,并对新模式的组织形式、讨论内容与组织程序做了阐述,最后指出现阶段实施这一模式的困难所在。
It is discussed that the teaching dilemma of the corporate strategy curriculum comes from its weak practicality and operability, and its inherent wisdom is too abstract. The shortcomings of the traditional teaching model do not apply to teaching corporate strategy courses. The use of student-centered group discussion can effectively improve students’ initiative and initiative in learning. It also elaborates on the organizational form, discussion content and organizational procedures of the new model. Finally, it points to difficulties in implementing this model in the emerging stage.
