目的探讨1,6-二磷酸果糖(FDP)治疗新生儿窒息致心肌损害的疗效和预后。方法将窒息患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,均给予综合治疗,治疗组应用FDP 250 mg/(kg.d),0.5 h内静脉滴入,每天1次,7 d为1个疗程。两组治疗前后分别做心肌酶谱测定。结果治疗组临床有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后复查心肌酶谱,治疗组心肌酶谱恢复正常病例显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论外源性FDP能显著改善新生儿窒息致心肌损害患儿的临床表现,并可改善预后,减少后遗症的发生。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and prognosis of fructose-1,6-diphosphate (FDP) in the treatment of neonatal asphyxia-induced myocardial damage. Methods The children with asphyxia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. All patients were given comprehensive treatment. The treatment group received FDP 250 mg / (kg · d) intravenously within 0.5 h, once daily and 7 days as a course of treatment. Before and after treatment were done before myocardial enzyme determination. Results The clinical effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Myocardial enzymogram after treatment, myocardial enzymes in the treatment group returned to normal cases was significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Exogenous FDP can significantly improve neonatal asphyxia myocardial damage caused by the clinical manifestations, and can improve the prognosis and reduce the incidence of sequelae.
