近几年来中国高考的趋势是阅读理解所占的分值越来越大,这完全符合高中英语大纲提出的“高中侧重培养学生阅读能力”这一目的。所以说阅读是高中英语教学的核心内容之一。因此阅读理解的学习就很重要了,从分值上来说,他占有40分.今天我想通过阅读理解中的特定类别—英美文学类,谈谈学生阅读理解的学习一定程度上提高学生的文学鉴赏水平。
我想达到的预期目的是复习高中课本中文学知识,教授学生掌握一定的阅读技巧,教育学生在课后做更多的阅读理解方面的练习。具体为:To review some knowledge of literature on textbooks.To educate them to do some reading exercises.To encourage students to learn more by themselves.为了实现这个目标我布置了下面的任务:(1)通过布置预习题(关于文学的阅读理解),激发学生学习兴趣,目的是让学生积极参与课堂活动。(2)师生之间形成互动,积极交流合作,共同提高。(3)我引导学生用不同的方法做阅读理解,使一个习题的答题思路多样化。为激发学生兴趣,我先让学生观看一段莎士比亚原作的戏剧“威尼斯商人”,然后让学生介绍莎士比亚及其作品,我总结提出建议:希望学生重新阅读课程中的文学类别的阅读理解。我通过给学生演示著名作家的照片,让学生对于文学知识有了一定基本的了解,在演示过程中,我会介绍作家的生平背景,这也是为当前的阅读理解的学习设置了良好的铺垫,因为适当的英美文化背景知识是做阅读必不可少的基本因素。这个环节是本节课的重点,我在设计我课的时候充分听取了资深教师的意见,在讲解阅读理解的时候不要面面俱到,应该以片带面,用一篇或两篇文章来讲解,这样学生的印象比较的深刻。所以我选取了这样一篇文章(原文略),相关问题如下:

在讲解习题的过程中我尽可能的避免陷入汉译英的误区,让学生自己理解题意,然后找几个不同的同学来用自己的语言用英语复述这篇文章,然后在说说自己对文章主人公的理解,这样学生阅读的兴趣就提高了,然后讲解习题。
第一题是一道简单的数学习题学生从She paid two long visits here during the last five years of eighteenth century and from 1801 to 1806,和Jane Austen, a famous English writer, was born at Steventon,Hampshire,on December 16,1775就不难判断答案。
第二题的讲解是细节关注题,这也是近几年来高考的重点,要求理解全篇文章的意义才可以,因此告诉学生一定要注意找到类似的原句才可以下结论。The city is still very much as Jane Austen knew it, keeping in its streets and public buildings the well-ordered world that she described so well in her novels. 就是选B的原因。
第三小题是文章的写作目的,这样的题类似的还有文章的中心,文章发表的地方等等都是需要看开头和结尾就基本差不多了,再把握好文章的整体协作脉络就没什么问题了。
第四小题是细节理解,它和2题不一样,他不是对整个文章的理解,他是对某个句子的理解You can also have walking tours of Jane Austen’s Bath, which is a great way to find out more about Jane Austen and discover the wonderful Georgian city of Bath. The tour lasts about one and a half hours,就是关键的句子。
告诫学生阅读理解的学习必须遵循两个基本的原则。循序渐进的原则。一口吃不成一个胖子,只有脚踏实地,一步一个脚印地提高英语阅读水平。坚持不懈的原则。成功只垂青那些有准备的人,英语的阅读亦如此。英语阅读理解的学习是一个长期的过程,不是几节课能解决的,因此在课后应该巩固,除了做习题之外,各种英语报刊也是不错的选择。
