After the comprehensive examination of the national venom thrombin-like enzyme products, this paper reports the determination of its purity and molecular weight by high performance size exclusion chromatography. Domestic snake venom thrombin-like enzyme purity of more than 98%, the molecular weight of the results of 37500 ± 2000.
