饮食业是一种人员分散又比较庞大的行业,厨房炉灶产生的SO_2、NO_x、CO等有害气体,污染空气,危害人体健康。近几年有关炊事员肿瘤发病率增加的研究逐渐被人们重视。为了解厨房空气污染状况及工作人员健康情况,我们对石家庄铁路4个食堂、饭店进行了抽样调查,结果如下。
Catering industry is a dispersed and relatively large industry, the kitchen stove SO_2, NO_x, CO and other harmful gases, air pollution, endangering human health. In recent years, the increasing incidence of oncology cancer researcher gradually attracted people’s attention.
