本文从分析人本管理模式的意义入手,讨论了中职班主任在班级管理过程中采用人本管理模式的具体表现及意义,希望为人本管理模式今后的发展方向提供一定帮助。
This paper begins with the analysis of the meaning of humanistic management mode and discusses the concrete manifestation and significance of using humanistic management mode in the class management of secondary vocational teachers. It is hoped that this will provide some help for the future development of humanistic management mode.
