目的:建立同时测定西诃蜜膏中没食子酸和鞣花酸含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为X-Bridge C_(18),流动相为甲醇-乙腈-0.2%磷酸水溶液(梯度洗脱),流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为254 nm,柱温为30℃,进样量为10μl。结果:没食子酸和鞣花酸的检测进样量线性范围分别为0.132~0.792、0.108 0~0.648 2μg(r均为0.999 9);精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD<3%;加样回收率分别为95.15%~99.69%(RSD=1.64%,n=9)、97.24%~100.43%(RSD=1.24%,n=9)。结论:该方法操作简单、结果准确、灵敏度高,可用于西诃蜜膏中没食子酸和鞣花酸的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of gallic acid and ellagic acid in squid ointment. Methods: Using high performance liquid chromatography. The column was X-Bridge C_ (18) with a mobile phase of methanol-acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid (gradient elution) with a flow rate of 1.0 ml / min and a detection wavelength of 254 nm. 10 μl. Results: The linear range of the injected samples between gallic acid and ellagic acid were 0.132-0.792,0.108 0-0.648 2μg (r = 0.999 9), RSD <3% for the precision, stability and repeatability test, respectively The average recoveries were 95.15% ~ 99.69% (RSD = 1.64%, n = 9) and 97.24% ~ 100.43% (RSD = 1.24%, n = 9). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and sensitive. It can be used for the determination of gallic acid and ellagic acid in the citronella cream.
