在家兔小肠缺血模型的病理条件下,检测小肠粘膜的乳糖、蔗糖及麦芽糖三种双糖分解酶的活性,并观察小肠粘膜双糖酶活性与小肠粘膜组织学的相关关系。结果发现,在小肠系膜血管结扎24h后,三种酶的活性均增高;当血管结扎48h、72h,三种酶的活性均显降低,而此时小肠粘膜绒毛膜柱状细胞的大小,位置,形态等组织学所见,基本与正常组相同,可见酶活性的改变早于组织学的改变。检测双糖酶活性的变化规律是研究消化生理和小肠疾病的理论基础。
The intestinal mucosal lactase, sucrose and maltose were tested for their activity under the pathological conditions of small intestinal ischemia model in rabbits. The relationship between intestinal mucosal disaccharidase activity and small intestinal mucosa histology was observed. The results showed that the activities of all three enzymes were all increased after 24h of ligation of small mesenteric vessels. When the blood vessels were ligated for 48h and 72h, the activity of the three enzymes decreased obviously. At the same time, the size, location, Morphology and other histological findings, the same basic and normal group, we can see changes in enzyme activity earlier than histological changes. Detection of disaccharidase activity of the law of change is to study the digestive physiology and intestinal diseases, the theoretical basis.
