2004年,对于地产界,是充满异数的一年。当我们把对这个变动年度的回顾定格在地产界5个人身上时,突然发现这5个人之间有一个异常相同的特征,他们都很偏执,对于认定的事情有着不折不扣的执拗。中国的房地产市场正从粗放走向集约,从无序走向有序。2004年,土地不再肆意输送,银行贷款闸门升高,过去被劣币驱逐的良币开始成为了资源追随的对象。这些人的信念、理想与执著也让他们在2004年的房产热中格外引人注目。
In 2004, for the real estate industry, it is a year full of similarities and differences.
