目的初步探讨海豹油抗慢性疲劳的相关作用机制。方法采用冷水游泳和慢性束缚方法建立大鼠慢性疲劳模型。大鼠随机分为6组,对照组、模型组、海豹油软胶囊(0.16、0.32、0.64 g/kg)组、人参皂苷(100 mg/kg)阳性对照组,每天ig给药1次,连续给药14 d。检测大鼠血浆和脑组织中单胺类物质量的变化。结果海豹油对慢性疲劳模型大鼠血浆及脑组织中去甲肾上腺素、高香草素、5-羟色胺、5-羟吲哚乙酸具有调节作用,可缓解应激状态,促进疲劳的恢复。结论海豹油抗慢性疲劳作用可能与其调节单胺类物质水平变化有关。
Objective To investigate the related mechanism of seal oil against chronic fatigue. Methods Chronic fatigue model was established by cold water swimming and chronic restraint method. The rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: control group, model group, seal oil ointment group (0.16,0.32,0.64 g / kg) and ginsenoside (100 mg / kg) positive control group, Administered for 14 days. Changes of monoamines mass in plasma and brain of rats were detected. Results Seal oil can regulate the norepinephrine, high vanillin, serotonin and 5-oxoacetic acid in the plasma and brain of rats with chronic fatigue, relieve the stress and promote the recovery of fatigue. Conclusion The anti-chronic fatigue effect of seal oil may be related to the regulation of monoamine levels.
