今年10月21日至22日,中国电信集团工会举办的改善基层员工工作条件现场会在浙江杭州举行,来自全国各省份电信公司的70余名代表聚集浙江,实地考察了浙江家园式支局创建工作情况,并就深入推进改善基层员工工作生活条件工作进行了研究和部署。自2005年以来,中国电信浙江公司家园式支局创建工作在经历了试点、推广、深化三个阶段后,农村支局的工作条件已大为改善,氛围更加和谐,业绩蒸蒸日上,并逐步向深化创建推进。中国电信浙江公司温州分公司(下面简称温州分公司)响应省公司和省电信工会“关于关心关爱员工”的工作要求,更好地体现以人为本的宗旨,推进基层支局建设,全面开展创建家园式支局活动。经过几年的努力,使得管理、形象、氛围、学习、生活和业绩的“六好”创建和小食堂、小浴室、小厕所和小休息室的“四小”建设初见成效,取得创建活动的初步成果。
