目的探讨评估磁共振扩散加权成像(DWI)序列在前列腺癌诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析65例经临床手术或穿刺病理证实为前列腺癌患者的MRI资料。所有患者均行1.5T磁共振检查,均行DWI扫描。结果 65例患者MRI检出癌灶59例,T2WI检出癌灶51例,DWI检出癌灶57例,57例检出者共发现癌灶71个,14例患者检出2个病灶,其余均检出单个病灶。49个病灶位于前列腺外周带及尖部,9个位于中央带,13个外周带及中央带均被累及。上述前列腺癌灶在DWI上均表现为高、稍高信号,表观扩散系数(ADC)呈低或稍低信号。结论 DWI检查在前列腺癌的MRI诊断中有重要价值,有助于癌灶的检出,也可以和T2WI相互印证。
Objective To evaluate the value of magnetic resonance diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) in the diagnosis of prostate cancer. Methods Retrospective analysis of MRI data of 65 cases of prostate cancer confirmed by clinical operation or biopsy. All patients underwent 1.5T magnetic resonance imaging, were performed DWI scan. Results Of the 65 patients, 59 were detected by MRI, 51 were detected by T2WI, 57 were detected by DWI, 71 were detected by 57 patients, and 2 were detected by 14 patients. A single lesion was detected. Forty-nine lesions were located in the periportal and apex of the prostate, nine in the central zone, and 13 in the peripheral and central zones. The above-mentioned prostate cancer showed high and slightly high signal intensity on DWI, and apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) showed low or slightly lower signal. Conclusion The DWI examination is of great value in MRI diagnosis of prostate cancer, which is helpful for detecting the foci and confirming with T2WI.
