本文报告紫地合剂对SD大鼠血小板聚集功能影响的研究结果,以胶原为诱导剂,用光密度法测定的结果表明:30％、60％紫地合剂在体外(试管内)和体内灌胃都有增强胶原诱导的血小板聚集率的作用,与对照组比较差别有非常显著意义。实验结果提示:紫地合剂增强胶原诱导血小板聚集功能的作用,可能是其治疗血证的止血机理之一。
This article reports the results of the study of the effect of Zidihe Mixture on platelet aggregation in SD rats. Using collagen as an inducer, the results of densitometry showed that 30% and 60% Zidi Mixture were administered in vitro (in vitro) and in vivo. Both have the effect of enhancing the collagen-induced platelet aggregation rate and are significantly different from the control group. The experimental results suggest that the effect of purifying mixture to enhance collagen-induced platelet aggregation may be one of the hemostasis mechanisms for the treatment of blood syndrome.
