目的提高原子荧光光谱法测工作场所空气中汞及其化合物的精密度和准确度。方法通过改变仪器参数、还原剂硼氢化钾的浓度和样品处理方法进行试验。结果标准曲线相关系数大于0.999 0,精密度的相对标准偏差范围为0.410%~1.233%,检出限为0.002μg/L。结论本方法具有精密度好,准确度高的特点。
Objective To improve the precision and accuracy of mercury and its compounds in air at the workplace by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Methods By changing the instrument parameters, reducing agent potassium borohydride concentration and sample processing methods were tested. The correlation coefficient of the standard curve was greater than 0.999 0. The relative standard deviations of precision ranged from 0.410% to 1.233% with a detection limit of 0.002 μg / L. Conclusion This method has the characteristics of good precision and high accuracy.
