本标准适用于气缸直径200毫米以内的铸造共晶铝—硅合金(钠盐变质)和铝—硅—铜—镁合金活塞经热处理后金相组织的检验。 1、技术要求 1.1 宏观组织: 宏观组织缺陷仅指铸造铝合金活塞中的针孔和疏松,在本标准中统称为孔洞。 1.1.1 分散性孔洞: 按本标准第一级别图评定,1~4级合格,大于4级不合格。 1.1.2 集中性孔洞: 按本标准第二级别图评定,1~4级合格,大于4级不合格。(个别特殊结构活塞按产品图纸规定)。
