With the continuous increase of living time, the educational needs of migrant children in Japan have been extended to high school. Due to lack of funds, language barriers, lack of understanding of the senior high school entrance guardianship system and other factors, migrant children have a narrow entrance route to higher school education, entrance examination is difficult and the enrollment rate is low and so on. Japan helps children to enter high school in Japan by offering scholarships, opening language schools, conducting special examinations and teacher assistance, holding school briefings, and issuing entrance guidelines. Japan’s strategy of resolving the problem of migrant children in high school can provide useful reference for perfecting our high school admission system for migrant children.
