为识别中国公路交通系统发展循环经济的关键环节,采用物质流分析方法评估了中国公路交通系统的物质代谢。结果显示,2005年中国公路交通系统的物质总输入为521M t,向环境排放的污染物量约占资源投入量的28.3%;2001—2005年,污染物排放量以年均9.63%的速度快速增长。中国公路交通行业的发展模式仍然是资源消耗量大、利用效率不高,污染排放重的粗放型线性发展模式,这给公路交通系统的土地、能源等资源以及生态环境带来了巨大的挑战。为此,中国公路交通系统应重点从基础设施的建设及运营关键环节入手,开展节能减排,推进循环经济的发展。
To identify the key links in the development of circular economy in China’s road transport system, material flow analysis was used to assess the material metabolism of the Chinese road transport system. The results show that in 2005, the total input of road transport system in China was 521Mt, and the amount of pollutants released to the environment accounted for 28.3% of the resource input. In 2001-2005, the pollutant emission increased rapidly at an average annual rate of 9.63% . The development model of China’s road transport industry is still a large-scale linear development model with large resource consumption, low utilization efficiency and heavy pollution discharge, which poses a huge challenge to the resources and ecological environment of road and transportation system. To this end, China’s road transport system should focus on the construction of key infrastructure and operation of the key areas to start to carry out energy-saving emission reduction and promote the development of circular economy.
