目的:探讨海拔高度对重庆产桔梗中皂苷含量的影响。方法:采用UV定量测定桔梗中总皂苷和桔梗皂苷D、D2、去芹菜糖桔梗皂苷D的含量,采用手持GPS进行测定海拔高度。运用SPSS19.0软件对海拔高度与4个有效成分含量进行相关性分析。结果:重庆产桔梗中皂苷的含量随着海拔的升高而增加,采样区域海拔高度与对应桔梗中皂苷D、D2、去芹菜糖桔梗皂苷D、总皂苷含量的相关系数分别为r1=0.988(P1=0.012),r2=0.987(P2=0.011),r3=0.996(P3=0.004),r4=0.960(P4=0.04),表明海拔高度与桔梗皂苷的含量有相关性。结论:桔梗皂苷的含量与其生长海拔高度有关,为重庆产桔梗的科学种植提供理论依据。
Objective: To investigate the effect of altitude on the content of saponins in the cultivated platycodon in Chongqing. Methods: The content of total saponins in platycodonis and platycodin D, D2 in Celastrus angustifolia was assayed by UV, and the content of saponin D in Celadon platycodon was assayed by hand. The altitude was measured by handheld GPS. SPSS19.0 software was used to analyze the correlation between altitude and four active ingredients. Results: The content of saponin in Chongqing platycodon increased with the increase of altitude. The correlation coefficient between the sampling altitude and the corresponding Platycodonis saponins D, D2, Celery glycosides platycodin D, total saponin contents were r1 = 0.988 ( (P = 0.012), r2 = 0.987 (p = 0.011), r3 = 0.996 (p = 0.004) and r4 = 0.960 (p = 0.04). The results showed that the altitude was related to the content of platycodin. Conclusion: The content of platycodin is related to the height of its growth, which provides a theoretical basis for the scientific cultivation of Platycodon imbricata in Chongqing.
