Finnish basic education has a unique place in global education. Beginning in 2000, Finnish students ranked among the top 4 students in mathematics, science, reading and problem solving in the “International Student Assessment” (PISA) conducted by the OECD for 15-year-old high school students in some countries and regions in the world Mao. In October 2016, the author went to Finland to study and study, during which he studied in Turku and the University of Kampuchean College of Education and interviewed some primary and secondary schools and kindergartens and got some direct knowledge of Finnish education. I was especially impressed by the pre-service and non-supervised teaching of teachers.
