在加热和pH=5.50的条件下, 基于十六烷基氯化吡啶能增敏Bi (Ⅲ) 催化过氧化氢氧化四溴荧光素产生强烈的荧光信号,据此建立了十六烷基氯化吡啶增敏过氧化氢氧化四溴荧光素荧光增强法测定痕量铋的新方法。ΔIf与CBi (Ⅲ)呈线性关系的范围为8.0 ~ 40.0 pg/L;检出限为1.6 fg/mL;对8.0和40 .0pg/L的Bi (Ⅲ)进行测定,的RSD分别为3.2%和4.8%。本催化反应对Bi (Ⅲ)为一级反应;k = 3.34×10-4/s,E = 3.58 KJ/mol。该方法用于人发样与水样中痕量Bi (Ⅲ)的测定,结果满意。
