伴随着德国“工业4.0”的确立和《中国制造2025》战略和“互联网+”行动的号召,企业应如何抓住“供给侧结构性改革”的战略机遇,使中国制造业顺利转型升级,实现可持续发展,提升竞争力,具有重要的意义。通过对现有的转型升级路径研究进行梳理分析,指出不管是从价值链的角度实现制造额由微笑曲线底部高竞争低价值回报向两高附加值转移,还是从创新驱动角度推动我国产业机构机制、需求结构机制和劳动率生产率机制优化,都要综合考虑地区专业化及协同化发展和可持续发展等多方面的问题。
