为节省投资、提高作业效率,实现中型编组站效益最大化,以已经实施开通的项目通辽南编组站为平台,结合编组站本身的特点及要实现的功能,探讨研究区域联锁技术在编组站信号系统中的应用,并综合比较、提出最佳实施方案;同时对行车指挥大厅的布置、配套设备TDCS与微机监测系统的设置进行了优化设计。实践表明,其处理方法和设计方案合理可行,实现了编组站行车计划集中控制的功能,满足了运输需求,达到了铁路局“指挥一楼、办公一处”的总体整合目标。
In order to save investment, improve work efficiency and maximize the efficiency of medium-sized marshalling yard, this paper takes the project of Tongliao South marshalling yard which has been opened as a platform, and combines the characteristics of the marshalling yard itself and the functions to be realized, Signal system, and make a comprehensive comparison and put forward the best implementation plan. At the same time, the layout of driving command hall, the equipment of TDCS and the computer monitoring system are optimized. Practice shows that its handling methods and design schemes are reasonable and feasible, which realizes the centralized control of the marshalling station driving plan, fulfills the transportation demand, and achieves the overall integration goal of “directing the first floor and working one place” of the Railway Administration.
