目的:研究青钱柳总黄酮联合多糖对糖尿病大鼠血糖水平、肝肾功能和胰岛素水平的影响。方法:注射链脲佐菌素建立糖尿病大鼠模型,70只大鼠随机分为糖尿病模型组、青钱柳总黄酮组[80 mg/(kg·只)~(-1)]、青钱柳多糖组[80 mg/(kg·只)~(-1)]、青钱柳总黄酮多糖联合组[80 mg/(kg·只)~(-1),黄酮多糖各半]、二甲双胍组[250 mg/(kg·只)~(-1)]、消渴丸组[2.5 mg/(kg·只)~(-1)]和正常对照组。连续给药4周后,测各组大鼠体重和空腹血糖。10周后测各组肝肾功能指标和胰岛素水平。结果:青钱柳总黄酮联合多糖能明显降低糖尿病大鼠空腹血糖、总胆固醇(TG)、甘油三酯(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、肌酐(Cr)和尿素氮(BUN)水平,显著增高血高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)和胰岛素水平,降血糖作用明显优于黄酮组,增高HDL-C水平程度比消渴丸组明显,总体与二甲双胍和消渴丸作用相当。结论:青钱柳总黄酮联合多糖具有较好的的降血糖作用,并能改善糖尿病大鼠的肝肾功能和胰岛素水平,联合用药效果优于其单一用药。
Objective: To study the effects of polysaccharide combined with polysaccharide from Cyclocarya paliurus on blood glucose, liver and kidney function and insulin level in diabetic rats. Methods: Diabetic rats were induced by streptozotocin injection. Seventy rats were randomly divided into diabetic model group, total flavonoids of Cyclocarya paliurus [80 mg / (kg · d -1)], (80 mg / kg · kg -1), polysaccharide group (80 mg / kg · kg -1) and flavonopolysaccharide group and metformin group 250 mg / kg · kg -1], Xiaoke Pills group (2.5 mg / kg · kg -1) and normal control group. Four weeks after continuous administration, the body weight and fasting blood glucose of each group were measured. After 10 weeks, liver and kidney function indexes and insulin levels in each group were measured. Results: The results showed that the total flavonoids of Cyclocarya paliurus flavonoids combined with polysaccharide can significantly reduce fasting blood glucose, total cholesterol (TG), triglyceride (TC), low density lipoprotein (LDL-C), creatinine (Cr) and blood urea nitrogen ) Significantly increased serum HDL-C and insulin levels, the hypoglycemic effect was significantly better than that of the flavone group, and the level of HDL-C was significantly higher than that of Xiaokewan group, and the overall effect was similar to that of metformin and Xiaokemai . CONCLUSION: Cyclocarya paliurus flavonoids combined polysaccharide has good hypoglycemic effect, and can improve liver and kidney function and insulin level in diabetic rats. The combined effect is better than single drug.
