一、前言转子是螺杆压缩机的重要零件,形线则是转子的主要特征参数。正确评价成品转子的形线误差和分度误差,不仅可以审定转子的加工是否合格,而且还可用来分析加工工艺、刀具、夹具和机床的正确性及精度。过去,由于缺乏有效的测量手段,一般都是在检验架上进行转子的配对啮合检查,因而得不到满意的形线误差值和分度误差值。近年来,由于三坐标测量机床和电子计算机的发展,使转子形线误差和分度误差的测量计算有可能获得解决。本文介绍一种用三坐标测量机床和计算机进行测量计算的方法。
I. Introduction Rotor is an important part of the screw compressor, the shape line is the main characteristic parameters of the rotor. Correctly evaluate the shape error and index error of the finished rotor can not only validate the machining of the rotor, but also can be used to analyze the correctness and accuracy of the machining process, tools, fixtures and machine tools. In the past, due to the lack of effective measurement methods, paired meshing tests of the rotor were generally carried out on the test stand, so that satisfactory shape error and index error were not obtained. In recent years, due to the development of CMM and electronic computer, it is possible to solve the calculation of rotor shape error and indexing error. This article describes a method for measuring and calculating with a CMM and a computer.
