月经期对女演员的歌嗓(Singing Voi-ce)是否有影响?是否要声休(Voice. rest)?能唱多少?会不会因用嗓而引起歌喉器质性病变等问题,颇为女演员们所关心。为此,作者特对身体健康的11名中央音乐学院声乐系三年级的未婚女学生,观察了三次月经期的歌喉变化,现报告如下: 资料 11名女歌手三次行经前、中、后(经前三天;行经期4～6天,平均5.4天;及经后3天)的歌嗓及歌喉观察结果见表1。本组连续三次月经期中,均无明显的音域缩小、音调降低。
