针对连续铸造过程中铅锭表面“水波纹”现象,从输送链运行的平稳性入手,利用理论分析与实验仿真分析相结合的方法,建立铅锭连续铸造机输送链系统的动力学模型,采用数值分析方法进行动力学分析,并通过Adams进行动力学仿真,得出链节与链轮的啮合冲击和紧边链条速度波动,是影响输送链系统运行平稳性的重要因素,通过减小主动链轮的角速度、增加齿数,以及减小链节距,降低了啮合冲击力与输送链条的速度波动,提高了输送链运行平稳性。
