位于北京城南的北京市服装一厂,是在企业调整中由原北京服装一厂、服装二厂合并而成的一个新厂。两个面临困境的国有企业走盘活资产、优化配置、调整合并的路,方方面面的矛盾非常多。在职工队伍最容易涣散的时刻,企业党委组织全厂党员开展起“126手拉手,共为企业做贡献”的活动。一个党员带起两个骨干,两个骨干再争取各带起两名群众,就形成了1带2、2乘以3得6的效应。到记者采访时为止,在这个刚刚合并一年多、刚刚出现转机但仍未摆脱困境的企业中,
